Astrologer Margaret Donsbach
Forty years ago as a teenager, I began learning astrology to understand more about myself. As I studied how various transits affected me and began consciously using them for personal growth, my appreciation for the transformative value of astrology deepened. When I began reading charts for friends, the healing potential of this work excited me. In 2007, with referrals from friends and alternative health care practitioners, I started practicing professionally. I practice Western astrology with an emphasis on spiritually significant factors like Chiron, the trans-Saturnian planets and the Moon's Nodes. I also have a special interest in non-traditional aspects like the quintile, septile and undecile, which can be highly significant for artists, writers, healers and spiritual seekers. My strongest interest is in helping people use planetary transits to change their lives and the world we live in for the better. I believe that as each of us grows toward the potential indicated in our birth charts, we also create beautiful changes around us. We may not see these right away. Often, they work under the surface like seeds swelling, bursting and sending down roots, but soon enough they reach into the light. As we attract more love into our lives, we bring more love into the lives of those around us. As we find meaningful work that helps us gain both personal satisfaction and freedom from financial anxiety, we help make our society a happier and more economically stable place to live in. As we grow in understanding, so does the world. It is what we, collectively, make it.
